We passed our TB Test-- YIPPEE! Now we have to wait for our consulate appointment and swearing in Ceremony (Wednesday). We should get Maran's (AVAY's) passport tomorrow. Still can't come home early though.
Today when we were shopping Maran took my hand and kissed it & then took David's hand and kissed it. Of course we just melted (we have done a lot of that lately). She took a great fall off the bed while we were rough housing and popped right back up. She put on the feed bag again today and now has decided that hoarding food in her cheeks is her new MO.
Snickerdoodle Luke Skyped with us this morning. He was all excited about his train. It is so hard being away from him. Luckily there is a family here that we have been hanging out with. The Jensen's from Utah. They brought their 3 children with them and they have been such a joy to be around. They are also a great help with Maran.
Off to bed as we have another busy day tomorrow. Nothing of significance planned except for finding Lil' Miss Sassafras a pair of shoes for this RED COUCH PHOTO that I have fretted way too much over. Other than that it will be time for some Maran photos in the park and trying to guess the next realm of delicacies we may come across.
We were offered OX stomach and Beef today for lunch. We passed. Then we were offered Fish Stomach. Please. I do think that they need to 're-think their food options' here as Jade (A Jensen child) stated.
Sweet Dreams to all. Oh and in case you haven't heard enough about Maran yet she will now blow you a kiss. So we say "Share the love" and she blows a kiss. Awww................
